Mr. Viraj Janak Majmudar, the founder and Managing Director of MINC Bill Box Pvt Ltd, that germinated from a simple idea of making bill payments easier and convenient, is focused on creating interactivity and loyalty with varied genre of customers i.e. consumers, readers, viewers, listeners & subscribers, by offering various solutions for payments and interaction. Viraj mentors all the group companies and manages key external relationships along with formulating and executing the business strategy and manages overall performance and growth of the organization
A Management graduate with Sales, Marketing & Customer service experience of more than 15 years, Viraj has prior to founding Bill Box in 2003, worked with various organizations like Times of India, Indian Express, Easy call paging & Call Centre. An ideator and Conceptualizer, Viraj has been amongst the core group that set up TV channels like Prabhat & Suprabhata, SS Music, Sur Sangeet, Shubavarta. Ideated the concept of Rail Radio, a joint venture with Sahara.
- Sneha Majmudar - Director
Mrs. Sneha Majmudar, Heads MINC Creations and Media, the Creative and Media arm of the organization and also plays a major role in the Corporate Communication aspects of the organization.
Additionally plays the role of the Human Resources head of the organization, focusing on incentive system design and change management required to effectively align HR policies with business needs.
An M.A (English literature) with a creative bend in life, Sneha has around 20 years experience in the field of Writing, Teaching, Advertising and creative concepts for gifting. Has also been Faculty for grooming in various finishing schools.
Mr Sathyanarayanan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the organization and is responsible for managing the performance of the company’s business units and enabling functions. Prior to joining BillBox in 2006, he has served for over 12 years at various levels in the Government of India and PSUs, amassing a vast experience of operations, service and Project Management and execution.
Has successfully executed various Public People Participation ( PPP) Projects while in Govt service synergizing Public convenience with Branding and Marketing opportunities creating a win win situation where in the services were provided to the people at large free of cost and the Govt generated substantial revenue.
Sathyanarayanan is a Post Graduate in Commerce and Economics from the University of Mumbai.

- Mr.Raju Gandhi
Mr Gandhi, an Honorary Advisor, advises the organization on the modules of service and convenience for the people at large as they would want it. With his passion for Public service he takes pains to determine the requirements of the people at large and his inputs are invaluable.
Mr. Gandhi has dedicated his entire life to serving the society and served the people for the past 30 years through multiple social service organizations like SAVE Versova Beach association, as Vice President of Andheri Recreation club, President of Shri Modh Vanik Seva Samaj.
A B.A. LLB from Mumbai University is an Advocate of the High Court of Judicature- Mumbai and a Notary Public.
Mr.Rajen Jariwala – Advisor
Mr Rajen Jariwala guides the organization on various fronts including Finance, Foreign collaborations etc. Rajen Jariwala, by profession, a law graduate and a Company Secretary, holds rich experience of more than 25 years in legal, secretarial and finance including mergers and amalgamations.
He is a Senior Director (Finance & Administration) in one of the reputed IT companies in the US. Prior to this assignment, he was working as an Executive Director of a finance & broking companies in India. He also appears on one of the leading television channels for stock market analyses occassionally. He was also a Vice President and Company Secretary of one a leading entertainment companies in India and was a Company Secretary of a leading finance and merchant banking company in India. He also contributed various articles on the Indian Companies Act in prominent magazines and journals.

Shyam Majmudar - Advisor
Shyam Majmudar is the Technical Advisor for the organization. He guides the organization through the IT process mentoring the technical team and creating software solutions and applications required for the organizations technical ends.
Is the force behind the organizations setting up and managing backend systems for various applications and ensuring smooth and perennial 24x7 operations.
Shyam Majmudar has 17+ years of experience in IT, in various industries like Telecom, Retail, Content Delivery, FM stations, Shopping etc.
He has setup backend for FM Stations, done online content Delivery for broadcasting of Audio Video content.
